Delete your account

You can delete your Noodle account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

Open Noodle, go to Profile, then tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Can't get into the app? Email support@noodleit.me from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What happens next

We delete or de-identify your personal information, including your notes, people and photos, within 30 days. Some records may be kept where the law requires it or for fraud prevention and security, as described in the privacy policy. Crash reports are kept for about 90 days. Anything stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
